When i order and webside say will be next day that i like when come next day not week later Also kast for Child they not perfect quality . Some scratch some detail not pressent good .

Ordered online a stroller that was supposed to be delivered the next day (confirmed in the mail). I called 2 times (no answers to mails), waiting 30 minutes each time, and each time they confirmed it would be sent the next day. After 10 days, they discovered it was not in stock, and would not be soon. order cancelled. another 5 days have passed, and I have to chase them again to get my money back. Worst customer service ever.
The store is not worth going. We went there few weeks ago to see car seats. The didn't have the chair we were interested in in the store, so they offered to order it so that we could see it. The seat was suppose to be in the store within 2 weeks. We came back after 2 weeks...and the seat was not there. Lady behind the counter didn't even say \sorry\ but said that they would email us if the seat would be there (it is a pity they didn't mention it when we were ordering it). After a week or so we came back (after receiving the email that the car seat is there) and...they ordered a different one \by mistake\. Again...no \sorry\. So we asked if they could order the right one and after 30 min waiting someone finally managed to order it. We asked them to call us when the seat is delivered. We were waiting almost 2 weeks for the call and we decided to call them ourselves. And...it turned out the seat was in, but noone called us. They were pretending they had an incorrect phone number, though we had a copy of the order and the number was correct. Overall...stuff in Baby Dump is definitely not customer oriented. They are not even trying to be nice or helpful. I do not recommend wasting time for driving there.
Prices cannot be beaten. In fact, if you do find it cheaper elsewhere offline or online (as we did in the case of a pram), don't hesitate to let Babydump know and they will match the offer or even compensate you after you paid for the item but have not yet received it. Downside: the teeeeeerrrrriiiible name. I don't want to be reminded of baby's dump and/or feel like I got baby's stuff from a dump. Also the staff could be a lot friendlier and more service oriented for the amount of money you'll end up spending there (but that's the Netherlands for you)!
A lot of products, free snaks. Too few employees, not very nice. Stopped attending us when we said we need to discuss with each other and put the product back on the shelf. Went and attended other people without any explanation. We immediately left the store. They lost a costumer today
