The place and the staff are nice. I always go here for my bagels and warm chocolate. I love them. Except today. I ordered for a bagel with honey and wallnut, it was 14:15 after waiting for over 20 mins I asked the womannif my order is ready and she said not yet it's busy. But she was jyst satnding there talking to someone, the other staff was preparing it and she was so slow, it took heee 1 min to cut a bagel, like seriously?? Finally I got it at 14:38. And the more disappointing was when I got it, there was almost nothing in it. I felt like i just wasted my money and time. It happened in B&B spui today (21-02-2021) pls do something about it! Thanks!

Bagels & Beans is,for me, always a warranty. The menu is fresh and everything on is very tasty. I loved my “awesome prana” bagels, surrounded by the huge library here in The Hague centrum!
