Terrible place! Never go here. They make a lot of mistakes, and don’t take accountability for it. Diana Gabriels is terrible. Their communication is bad as well. Avoid this place and go to another company.

Very disappointed, I was for botox between my eyebrows for 175,- was some Month deal. I was told that after one week I should see result. I was like Ok lets see. After one week of course no result, so I call them and the lady behind the desk as soon she hear I speak English she hand up on me. So I call again and she ignored for couple of times. so I tried again and then finally she answered me, I guest she was tired of me. Anyways so I said the story and very unfriendly tone like now way that is in two weeks and that I should wait and she hand up on me. I was like ok? wow this is what I'm getting after spending my money there? I own beauty salon in Haarlem I know how to treat my customers well, this is not the way ! I'm not much of the person who writes much reviews and what not. This just stuck in my head and now is 2 months and all is the same as if I never was there.... I just have to mention it here. I believe that Diana Gabriel her self is cool and she is on point in every way, I do love her, I believe that 100000% but people who work for her don't give dam....
Have been over charged three times higher than the price on the website and get a nonsense explanation for that. Three doctors charged three different prices. The management finally decide that the higher price is correct and told us that not charging back the difference is already very lucky for us. This stupid explanation takes more than 5 weeks for them to make such a story. Donno if the other good ratings are fake or not. Warning for all people who look at their service. Be aware that doctors charge much more expensive than official price and later complained that you agreed yourself.
