We ordered a Tumba sunshade with two side window panels, in may 2020. It's still not installed. In july, the side window glasses got broken during transportation. In august, we noticed marks, scratches and stains on the frame. In october, third attempt: this time the sunshade got installed but the colors of the windows didn't fit. Last surprise today when unpacking the goods: one of the aluminium profiles was heavily damaged (someone must have driven a forklift over it) and one had scratches - again. That's four attempts to install, four failures. Conclusion: this company does not have a quality control process. They don't have the slightest idea what is being shipped to their dealers, and how. It's sad because the product is well conceived. I have to give one star otherwise I can't post. But Verano deserved no star so far ...

If Quality is OK, but there is no after sale service at all. Our verano sun shelter in the garden was broken. Itis now hanging and shaking for couple of weeks now. The worst scenario: it can brake by strong wind and damage my window glasses. Dangerous! However, I tried to call more than 5 dealers now. No one is willing to come and repair this bad product. And I called Verano. The only thing they can do is to give me more phone numbers from the dealer..... Conclusion: if u want to buy product from this brand, better hope it's not going to break in one day. the only solution is to get new one.....

Goed product en service. Van de vorige eigenaar van ons huis hebben we Verano plisse-gordijnen overgenomen. Bij een renovatie waren de clips ter bevestiging verloren geraakt en konden we ze niet meer ophangen :-(. Na een mailtje aan Verano hebben ze ons direct nieuwe clips opgestuurd. Na ruim tien jaar vinden we de oude plisse-gordijnen nog steeds heel mooi. Daarom kozen we voor nieuwe gordijnen in de badkamer ook weer voor Verano.
Hebben mooie producten voor in en om het huis. Hebben sinds 2013 een veranda, nog steeds is het voor ons genieten als we eronder zitten. Zijn zelfs hard aan het nadenken om glazen wanden te plaatsen, om zo eerder en langer een stukje buiten binnen te halen. PS. Hollands product, misschien iets meer geld nodig voor aanschaf. Maar zeker iedere waard.
Rolgordijn besteld via TopdealPlaza. Na 2 weken product ontvangen, helaas was het tandwiel kapot. Meteen melding gemaakt en netjes te horen gekregen dat ik een nieuwe zou krijgen. Je zou zeggen dat ze de order prio geven aangezien de klant wordt benadeeld. Maar nee hoor, pas 3 weken later het rolgordijn uitleveren. In totaal 5 weken moeten wachten op een simpel rolgordijn. Service vanuit TopdealPlaza overigens top echter van Verano had ik meer verwacht.
