Don’t take the lunch buffet it’s actually a shared lunch of extremely poor quality. We hoped to be able to pick our own lunch (the whole idea of a buffet) but when we arrived at the restaurant they told us that it was just the shared lunch. They serve a plate with different kinds of bites (like tapas). We paid for 4 persons but got a lunch for 2. When we mentioned this, she said ‘o, I’ll get you two more soups’. Only after we mentioned that we felt this was not fair, she said ‘ooo indeed you need to get another plate’. They just dropped it at the table and weren’t able to explain what was on it (we asked since one of us is a vegetarian). The food was very poor: nothing home made, nearly cold soups, the breads were old, nothing fresh. We mentioned both the bad service and low quality when we left. The lady just said: I’ll make a note. So I don’t think they’ll change it. Besides the bad food and service, the saunas itself are nice. Many options and a great garden.

Well priced spa for relaxation, swimming and sauna! There are over 12 saunas here, all with different temperatures and intensities. Sadly, the restaurant is closed, but that's due to Corona. So still 5 stars regardless.
Great and very professional staff that helped us to have a wonderful spa day, and made it possible to have some extra treatments since we could not eat there during COVID. Problem solving staff is always a plus. Since last weekend they arranged a food truck, which is good enough for now, even though you need to eat outside. I like the fact they created a chance to eat. We enjoyed wonderful treatments of Dennis, Sylvia and Samantha. My lover never went to a spa before but felt right at home because of them. In general there was a nice vibe. Nice guests. A lot of little getaways and places to get lost. It was extremely peaceful because of COVID, quite a special experience. The only thing I missed was some proper relaxation room with enough beds for everyone to read or take a nap and a 100 degrees sauna. :) Yes. We will come back.
DON’T COME HERE POST COVID!!!!! They didn’t get their logistics sorted out!!!!!!!!! Awful terrible day!!!!!!! We mentioned in the reservation that we’ll be here at 10, and we arrived at 11:38. We were told that we missed the already paid massage which was scheduled at 11. Nobody informed us about the schedule, nobody called us when they saw we didn’t come. Last time we were called by them to be informed it was early in the morning so we could be there. This time they had excuses like: less personnel to call us, no refund is possible, no reschedule, no other massage instead
It is overall, a nice place to have a spa day. However, there is not much dampening of noise. If there are many people talking (which appearantly many people do) its slightly annoying. The staff is also not quite helpful. Friendly yes, but not helpful. Bear in mind that this is my first time here and I may just not be lucky. What strikes me most as terrible costumer service is that they have no phone number to contact if you have some issue with your booking or have forgotten or lost someting. After much searching I finally decided to just contact them through Facebook (which was easy to find). They don't respond quite fast and when they do they first need to communicate with the right department....
Huge spa with many different baths and saunas ... we especially liked the Tropenbad and the Lavendelsauna!
Excellent facilities but this is not a place where you come to relax. With Covid, there is max number of people in each sauna/bath sothey have an armband system in place. You hang your armband on a board each time you enter the sauna so once the board is full, you can't go in. Unfortunately what happens is people place their armband even though they are not using the sauna to reserve their space...often saunas are empty but armband board is full.I didn't get to go into any of my favorite saunas. There is also alot of foot traffic in the internal areas and people shouting so you can't properly just relax in peace and quiet. Restaurant was fully booked even though it was empty but with Covid they have max limit of 30. Not their fault but makes no sense. I couldn't even have a small beer....
Too crowded, there must be better ones After trying a few of their fully packed sauna, we wont be back Some staff have a very unprofessional attitude. Rude! It's a pity as it diminish the image they want to give. We have been to much better ones. They oversell the place, and it's not as fine as on their picture. If you like quality & good customer service, just skip it!
