I trained here only once, with a friend who can be found here almost every day of the week hahaha. I had a really nice experience here. They are a very nice team, very hospitable and the training was really great. Very high level of grappling and they are very willingly to teach you new things, even if you only train once as I did. This is a world class gym, I can highly recommen it!
