Were normally go to roosendaal because it's nearer and we often think it's KFC, what can be different. This time we went to the one in Breda and I think we're will always make the effort. It's cleaner, staff are willing to serve customers (I know, it's their job, right? Some people are more willing than others). Staff here are very friendly. Customers are allowed to visit the toilets. The order came exactly sad we ordered it, something that lately had become difficult

We ordered food for 68 euro and we received half of the order and it was cold and tasted like it was prepared two days ago. The problem is not in the money but it happens every time! However, during COVID pandemic when the only option is to order they cannot to their job properly. The problem is not in ubbereats because they are not the ones preparing the food that is why I’m giving 1 start to KFC.
Bad experience. We visit this kfc today. First of all we were surprised about the high amount of employees and the low amount of work that they did, most of them were speaking and laughing to each other. We order 3 piece meal. The employee did not understand us at first so we repeat her 3 times 3 piece meal in addition we sign her 3 with our fingers. By the time waiting they were speaking and laughing and finally when we open our order surprise. Only 2 piece. Awesome!
Very poor customer service is not the accurate description for this restaurant because KFC Breda's service is beyond awful. I ordered via Uber Eats twice and this will definitely be the last time. The courier didn't deliver 3 items from my order and when I called them they said they can't do anything about it. The items missing were more than 15 euros but KFC said to call Uber Eats because they can't do anything about it. I called them the first time and they asked me to take pictures of the order. Of course I did it but never received anything back. That's why I advise you not to use their service anymore not ordering from KFC!
