We had a very nice, cozy experience with the house, booking and facility. I think it depends on the person whom is renting the house then on the company who is providing the website. Could be a hit or miss, but ours were good so far.

NOW i see that i should have read the google reviews BEFORE booking at this lousy company. we asked for delay in payment due to covid uncertainties: instead they cancelled our booking, but kept the initial downpayment. They dont respond to phone or e-mail so they screw both their customers and their renters without timely warnings.
Unreliable! We had booked a stay with Natuurhuisje to celebrate a New Year's Eve with a group of friends - I got a booking confirmation and paid the amount in full more than a month prior to the stay. ONE DAY before our departure, I had to learn that our booking was cancelled, and that only after I had contacted a landlord to ask for some details. Natuurhuisje initially claimed that it can't be right since we had it confirmed and paid... After a couple of hours, Natuurhuisje confirmed that the booking was indeed cancelled and offered some alternatives that were certainly not matching the one we had booked. If being left without accommodation a day before departure during a busy holiday period wasn't enough, we also need to be chasing the landlord to get our money back. Granted, the apologies were offered, but that certainly didn't make up for the ruined holidays and the aftermath we need to deal with to get our money back... The concept is nice, but the unreliability of the service is too much of a risk to take when you are after a relaxing holiday...
