I had an anger-discharge episode in this shop. The staff there did not know what to do with me and tried to help me, however I was not able to see that they are trying to help due to anger. I blamed it on the language-differences in the original review i wrote per advice from colleagues at work. I want to publicly apologize to anyone who has read the previous review as it was misinformation, not something true. I spoke out of one unfortunate interaction for which i am responsible, one data point, and generalized it here. I see now how misleading a review written in a moment of intense emotional pressure can be.

They also do DPD packages. Terrible experience. I just needed to grab a package, nothing else. They rudely said we are busy with the customer (looking for bicycle parts, takes 15min) so never send your parcel to that store. Terrible
