The park itself is very clean and nice, but for a beginner like me, it was impossible to figure out what to do. There was nobody there since the weather was kind of rainy, but the little cards they have with exercises are often ground /floor exercises (did I mention it was rainy?) or general things like push ups and there was no indication on the equipment itself of \this exercise is done here\. So I was rather baffled by it all, did a few pull ups, push ups etc on bars at a decent height, then gave up and left. Even the \beginner\ workout card had chin ups and lowering yourself from two bars as part of the routine, but there is no support or a way to make it easier on someone who can't lift their own body weight, so it's more for people who are already in pretty good shape. I think I'll stick to the gym for now.
