The staff is very kind and welcoming to make you feel comfortable. My husband and I went there not knowing if we would find the couch that we wanted. They have lots of options and they are flexible to arrange whatever fits you. They gave us a great deal and helped us find the couch that was over our expectations. Highly recommend this store. Update on Feb, 1st 2021 I bought my couch on Nov, 16th 2020. The shop promised to deliver 10 weeks after the order. I just got an email saying that the delivery time will be postponed to 5 or 6 weeks more. Im completely disappointed and frustrated with the service. I had such a nice experience when we bought it. But now, it seems that everything is falling apart. Thats a shame!!

Don't buy from seat and sofas, they make for my 2 times my hoekbank Plaza and both time fabriek fout... If you want to call when minimum 40- 50 minutes you must wait of they don't answer. They make fabrikfout and I must bring them hoekbank to shop to reparatie... Run out from this shop...

I recently bought a couch from Seats and Sofas. I will not recommend anyone to buy from Seats and Sofas(Capelle) anymore. Here is my experience 1. After selecting a couch in Capelle store, we were offered by the sales lady a price and in addition they offered to pay for the delivery charge as well(which we were told is 89/- euros) 2. But when I went to claim the delivery(after 8 weeks), they refused to pay the delivery charges and said it was never included. And when asked to check with the sales lady who made the offer on the first day, they said she is not here and is in the hague today. Quite annoying!! Even the manager who was present on the day, denied accepting to any such offer. 3. To our surprise, their warehouse was 25 KMs away from the store which they never told us on the first day, and asked us to call the delivery service, which will cost 89 euros they said, if we cannot pick it up ourselves. 4. Another surprise was when we called the delivery service, he said we charge 95/- euros and delivery only out of door and 115/- euros for placing it on the ground floor in the house( insurance). 5. We tried calling seats and sofas about this, but even after trying multiple times no one picked the call and I never received a call back. Take your shrewd-self with you while visiting this place :)
The salesman was fast, helpful and with knowledge! Missing a metric tape though to help calculations if the sofa would fit in the elevador! This kind of help, help in selling!
