As we can see the review of this company we don't have to explain more. CCV is not an independent company, its a tail (sub of the sub) of some other banking system. I am having horrible experience, even though I didn't order the paper roll they sent me. Moreover, when you are registered with this company their pin machine forces you to print the paper roll. I phoned and asked I never ordered but they charged me 26 euros while I can buy same quantity of the paper in 16 euros in some other wholesaler. Please be careful before choosing CCV.
The biggest mistake I have made to date was signing up with this company. I get bills for stuff I didn't order that were delivered to other business in the same building and then waste hours of my time trying to fix their mistake which didn't happen and then I get sent aanmanning for their mistakes and to a credit agency and I end up having to eat hundred of euro in cost that were not mine for things I didn't ordered plus the aanmanning costs and the hours of wasted business time. TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY, DONT GET THE DECEPTIVE SERVICE CONTRACT EITHER!!! THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!!
Not customer friendly, push selling. First they phone you to sell their products and let you sign in a contract. After that when you phone them neither they response you good nor they know how to fix the problem. It was really bad experience with them. They charge you 900 euro for pin machine where you can buy the same machine in 200 euro in ING bank. I am one of the victim from this company. Please find some other alternative. It's horrible.
I am 100% agreed with the people who had a bitter experience with CCV. A lady on the phone didn't seem to be customer friendly since she is answering most of the phone. I request her to fix my pin machine, she asked to phone to the bank. I phoned bank and bank asked me to call CCV. Again I call them and another person asked me to call EMS. I phone to EMS and EMS said it was not their issues so I have to call CCV again. I was calling whole day to CCV. Yes, actually the problem was with CCV itself. It proves that, the staffs are really unprofessional. They don't know how to fix the problem. It took 2 months for me to connect the pin machine. OMG, I am too much tired, now looking for another company.
Terrible business with no sense of customer service. They make huge mistakes and then blame the customer. They disconnected us twice without any warning because of their own inadequate personnel. Employees were extremely rude when we contacted them. If you don’t have to do business with them, please don’t.
Horrible horrible horrible! Klantenservice is the worst. They forget to do things all the time they never responded on time once.they forgot to process my orders lost our paperwork. CCV has become a joke in our office to describe how not to work. My machine was not delivered because they forgot to do it and I went weeks without being able to take payment. It's a company with endless promises had I known ahead of time I would have chosen the competition with higher transaction fees to avoid dealing with them. No corporation should have to deal with this because it was hours and hours of lost man hours dealing with stuff that should have taken 15 min.
Avoid at all cost.
