I went to Cigo Marathonweg to pick up my package that was supposed to be delivered at my house. I walked for 20’ at 9 months pregnant to do so. I brought the notice they left at my house with the correct barcode and I also showed them my passport on my phone (as the notice did not stipulate that I should bring the actual passport). The man behind the counter informed me in the most rude way that ‘computer says no’, and although the package is there, I am there, the notice is correct and my passport info is correct on my phone, I cannot pickup my package, but I have to walk the 20’ back and another 40’ to bring my actual passport. Like I am trying to steal someone’s H&M package! There is rude and there is just plain mean incompetence. The guy here is the second.

No longer just your average tobacco, office utilities, gift card, Postnl drop-off and collect shop. No it's more than that nowadays. They've added some outside seating where you can enjoy a cold drink, of course provided by the shop, if you pay that is. As far as I can tell, this small terras has become a popular \hangout place\ among residents living nearby. Never te les, the people are friendly and the store is as good as you may expect. So 5 stars from me. Cheers!!
