Bad quality, even worse service. Grando and ondernemer Marc B. do not seem to be interested in having good customer service after a contract has been signed. Grando didn’t deliver what was ordered. Grando made an effort to respond to questions only with the help of a lawyer and we were finally able to withdraw from the contract according to Grando’s algemene voorwaarden. A kitchen worktop incl. installation was ordered at Grando Keukens & Bad in Delft to be installed beginning September 2019. After weeks of no responses or only getting empty promises, Grando figured out that the worktop was not even ordered. After almost 2 months without a working kitchen, water, or a sink in the kitchen, Grando installed at least a temporary solution. When the worktop finally arrived in November 2019, the installer figured out half-way during the installation that the worktop was wrongly measured by Grando (or wrongly produced). Moreover, it had different colors instead of just one. Leaving us with a very unprofessionally installed, not completely usable kitchen worktop, we were hoping that Grando would solve the situation soon. This didn’t happen. Hence, we withdrew from the contract and 9 (!) months after the worktop should have been installed, Grando picked up the worktop and transferred our money back.

Great place. There are no commercial aggressive techniques in this place. Grando kitchen revolves around transperancy and I appreciated that. The best part was the amount of advise I got from the entrepreneur. We really looked for an overall best setup, rather than making a quick sale. Would definitely recommend to visit!

Poor customer service and questionable quality. We bought a kitchen here less than two years ago. First a glass shelf in the upper cabinet broke. Luckily they replaced it (my pottery and glasses were not replaced); now another shelf came off it’s very short support peg. This time the shelf itself is OK but it came down on top of the shelf below and shattered every single piece of glasses on both shelves. Since the first shelf got damaged only glassware was kept on the shelves as I was already concerned about its stability. I have emailed Grando Delft with photos two weeks and then another week later simply asking for longer pegs or some other SAFE solution. I got zero response. This mess could have severely harmed my children (or anyone really) if either one was in the kitchen at the time. I wish I saved all of the shattered glass to deliver to them in person. If they cannot address the issues with products they sell they should not be selling any at all.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Als je eenmaal het contract tekent biedt filiaalhouder Marc B. geen enkele service meer. Je bestaat dan niet meer. Hij is gewoon niet meer bereikbaar per mail en als we langs willen komen, kan dat niet. We hem 2x telefonisch te pakken gekregen in 2 jaar, dan belooft hij vanalles maar komt zijn beloftes niet na en weer hoor je nooit meer iets. Zeer chaotisch en onprofessioneel. We proberen al 2 jaar (sinds plaatsing van de keuken) enkele oplever gebreken te laten maken maar ondanks onze vele vele pogingen, tijd en energie die we erin gestopt hebben zitten we nog steeds met een kromgetrokken deur en andere gebreken. Als ik nu lees hoeveel mensen dezelfde ervaring hebben begrijp ik niet dat het hoofdkantoor van Grando niet ingrijpt. Zelfs het installatie bedrijf die de keukens plaatst (en waar we wel tevreden over waren) is de samenwerking gestopt. Zeer veel spijt van deze dure aankoop puur en alleen vanwege het totale gebrek aan service.

Samen met mijn vriend ben ik hier rond wezen lopen. We zijn namelijk op zoek naar een keuken en badkamer. Helaas was de service bij de afdeling bij de badkamers heel slecht. Wij liepen rond en zijn totaal niet geholpen. De enige reden dat ik 2 sterren geef is omdat ik toch enige interesse kreeg bij de keukenafdeling. De spullen die er stonden waren wel mooi helaas zullen wij er geen eigenaar van word met de service die erbij zat.
