Stock management and delivery planning and information an incredible mess for a company this size and this popular !!! Order around mid January,, after days of attempts to get a delivery date, managed to order on the 20 Jan to deliver on 12 February... no information until yesterday... delivery ultimately scheduled for tomorrow 24 feb (hopefully)... no way to contact them via the phone nor email... “te druk” they say... it’s unacceptable to have such low level costumer service from such a company...

I know everything is crazy right now, but I've been waiting for over a month for a pair of curtains. I have had no problems like this with other similar retailers. It is clear they are not even trying. There has been no explanation or apology. I suppose this is a general IKEA problem but Delft is my local one so I'll leave my review here.

Just the usual IKEA shopping experience. Not sure am crazy about the opening time. We had to stand in the cold to wait for it to open. All the same we found what we wanted and more. Helpfull staff.

The one destination to shop everything. If you can think of something to buy, you will most likely find it here. You might find stuff that you don't even know you need. I recommend buying home decor, small furniture / accessories, cookware, bedding etc. Be sure to stop by the foot counter just after the billing counter and enjoy hot dog. If you are a meat lover be sure to buy Swedish meatballs from the freezers near the billing counter.
