We've recently bought the worktop from them, only one word to describe the service: TERRIBLE! First of all, they promised they will provide information about when to come for installation on Friday(Install planned on Saturday) and they did not, so we have to ask our contractor to wait for the whole day, on Saturday I've called again and asked what is the plan they said it will be between 12.00-15.00 and I also asked why the info did not come on Friday, and the answer I got is \You should be happy that I'm still providing you the info\ and \have a nice day\ and hang up!!! no apologies at all!!!! Secondly, it is lame installation, no silicon to the wall, no fixation, just put it on and did some silicon for the joint part, that is it, and the guy said they will come for the wall part but today we called the customer service, and they said there is no way they will come back second time since we've already signed the pack list, but nobody or on paper mentioned if you signed the paper that means you accept the installation...no further investigation, just arrogant. Don't want to contact or have any connection anymore as it is just not worth it calling and get such response.

I am so disappointed with them. I ordered a kitchen werkblad and asked them to measure, build and install. The guy that came to measure was so proud that they have the most precise equipment in the whole NL. Anyway, when the werkblad came, it looked nice. But the problem starts when they wanted to balance it. We had IKEA cabinets and as you all know they are standard and very precise. Guess what? One side of the werkblad was 5 mm (imagine 5 mm) was wider than the other side. apart from that, it is horribly unbalanced and now when water is on werkblad, it will directly to one corner of the kitchen. They blamed the cabinets instead of accepting that it is their fault. I would give them zero star but google minimum is 1 star. I asked them to come and see what they have done, but just saying that can happen.
