I have got to say that even before calling I was a little prejudiced regarding the service I would receive. I called at 9:30am supposedly 30 minutes before they open and the phone was answered very quickly. I required a signature authentication. When I arrived the service I received was very fast and efficient, everyone seemed to be working in a fast pace and things were getting done. I am very satisfied.

I called this morning in order to receive an update on the Covid-19 situation about the flights. The employee was very rude and aggressive while he barely allowed me to speak and sounded very frustrated with any question that I asked. I am very sorry that the Embassy of my country offers that poor service and especially during a pandemic crisis a better understanding of the uncertainty people experience is necessary.
I went with my wife to renew her Greek passport, what a poor service! First they complain that the photo was not white enough in the background, but after a little negotiation this was ok. Then we heard we cannot pay by PIN! We had to walk around The Hague to find an ATM to get cash, what is this? The 1980s? They don't even have coffee, tea or water for the customers ready for the waiting room, and from what I can gather and what my wife told me; the employees are poorly skilled, mostly unexperienced students and not all that helpful.
Very bad service. When calling twice, we got two times different answers regarding the COVID-situation. The woman was very rude, interrupts constantly and speaks poor English. She did not speak Dutch at all (which I would expect at her position).
They don't pick up the phone but they reply on email as well! Nice people and very helpful!!!
