I discovered craniosacral therapy in the hague after doing some research regarding bodywork. I have a few session in and already in the 2nd one I felt a form of relieve. Working with the body really helps balance the idea of not only working with the mind on the emotional part.

I just discovered this therapy and it made me feel great from the first session. Amazing how so subtle touches can do so big changes in your body. Besides, Vytaute's energy adds even more to the healing process.
I have been taking Craneosacral therapy (CST) sessions since June 2016 in Brazil for both my body and mind health. In Jan 2018, while in Den Haag, I fell off my bike, hit my chin on the pavement and got my knee and hand bruised. I went to the HMC hospital, got three stitches and painkillers. No x-ray was taken, since the doctors said I could move my neck. However, both my left and right temporomandibular joints hurt and I was not able to touch my back teeth together. My CS therapist in Brazil and I found Ms. Babone's website and contacted her. Ms. Babone promptly replied back and we had our first SOS session, which helped my relieve the pain and trauma. My shoulders and neck were sensibly released, and it reduced the involuntary shakings of my head. On the second session, a week later, Ms. Babone and I were able to have the teeth touch back together and the pressure on my neck, hips and right leg was lessened. Since I am a CS patient, my body was able to recover faster from the injury, I reckon. I was very glad to have found Ms. Babone in Den Haag to help me on an emergency like that. She was very professional, and still, very generous and willing to assist me. Also, she provided me with all the documents I needed to send my health insurance in Brazil. I definitely recommend Ms. Babone as a body therapist.
Given my demanding exercise regimen, is imperative to take care of my neuromuscular system. Thankfully, was very lucky to run into Vytaute, who is a well-versed and effective therapist. Apart from the session, which is beneficial per se, she also assisted me with technical methods that I have already incorporated on my daily routine and gratefully reaping the results! Recommend Craniosacral Therapy session, it restores balance and self healing of the body both physically and energy level. A very skillful and experienced therapist, helpful both in (emotional or physicial) trauma and empowering your inner resources in a biodynamic way.
I always thought that such sympyoms as menstrual cramps or irregular heart beat have hormonal background or some genetic issue. Cranio sacral therapy has tought me that these are the signals of stress or signs physical tension that can successfully be treated. I now realize how important it is to follow this therapy as long as the sypmtom is not yet a disease. Very thankful to the therapist. Highly recommend, somehow not many people know about this alternative treatment method existing.
