Prominent Sports related chain store across the globe. This store is situated right in the heart of city. It has wide variety of choices and prices are very reasonable. This is a must to visit shop, if you are looking for value to money with reasonable quality. They have products for almost all sports. You may expect huge rush though.

I don't like it in this store anymore, people fired me and you have no one to ask for the items you need. To find it, you have to go through the whole store. I was forced to put on a mask. Who has scientifically proven that the mask protects you from viruses? The mask takes your breath away ... that's it .

Friendly folk and nice service, good knowledge about bikes as well. Sadly they do not have a lot of their articles in storage and they are not able to order them these days due to Corona. The demand is higher than the supply.

Very disappointed with the repair service. I bought a bike in Decathlon and carrying the groceries on the back, the bicycle's fender was bent. I went to the repair service where the bicycle was still under warranty and apparently the model had changed already and there were no fenders anymore for my model. So, they belt back the fender to its position and that was all they could do. So I had to do some reparations by myself. Today, I went back to Decathlon to check the gears and breaks. I had to go in the train because I live far from Den Haag which has a cost for the bike ticket. When I arrived to Decathlon, they just told me that they had closed the repair service (the store was still open for more than 1 hour) and they cannot arrange anything till next week because there were no appointments. That was fine for me and I asked to leave the bike in the store because I was coming from far away. They said that the store was full and invited me to park in the street till they have availability. In summary I just needed the service of Decathlon twice and I never got my bike fixed. Again, I will have to fix it by myself because Decathlon just doesn't want to do its job. I bought the bike in Decathlon because I thought they had a better service, but I got a terrible customer experience

Low price, but this also means lower quality. Good for purchases like sports clothing or other things that don't need the best quality. Not as good for important things like running shoes, etc. You get what you pay for.
