As long as you pay them, there is nothing to worry about. I have been give a warning for a noise disturbance complaint from one of the tenants in the building without any proof, they have not checked anything they just informed me that I have a warning. Also, I have tried contacting DUWO multiple times, their website does not work, no one is picking up the phone, but they can address the reports in no time in the weekends. I would like to address the exceedingly expensive: Installation/furnishing monthly costs are 44.47euros, Curtains/Floor covering/Wall finish are 16.93 euros monthly. What for? Are we renting the furniture in the rooms, am I renting the floor and the wall paint? Come on

Terrible organisation. Horrible employees, horrible service. Everything is fine as long as you pay them. Whenever problems arise, they'll do anything to get you evicted for speaking out. Extremely hostile when you need help with anything. Elevators break down once a week, internet has no connection half of the time, 40 degrees celsius in the rooms, damaged public rooms and services. Look up news items trying to expose this scam organisation on youtube. Or just see the other reviews, it's no coincidence. Absolutely disgusting people working at a disgusting organisation who do not care one bit about you. To DUWO, shame on your disgusting behaviour.
The most unfriendly, uncaring bunch of people at one place! Dunno why this place even exists! It should be closed for good and that place should be a nice cafe or restaurant bar! The housekeeper has its own room and he could manage the rest with a second person! I advice Duwo to shut down this place. Just waste of money! Their main activity is being infront of screens, drinking coffee and trying to overcome the day. Not that they care about students!
During my time (5 years) as a tenant in The Hague I've always been very satisfied. I appreciate the service DUWO has provided.
Lifts and washing machines are constantly broken. Customer service is sadly non existent. Would most definitely not recommend this company!
