Do not order here. The food is terrible, delivery takes forever and when it finally arrives it's totally squashed into an unrecognisable mess. On top of that, they don't pick up their phone (tried to call about 6 times during the 2h waiting for delivery) even though they did call me once to check my house number. My calls were ignored, the food is bad, extremely dissapointing.

This is the type of place you go with great company to have a most wonderful evening experience. Ram, the cook, does not simply exchange food to you for your money – he shares his love for the beauty in us and our planet; he welcomes you with wide open arms into his community and shares his wisdom alongside the wonderful food there. Beyond food, they apparently host lectures/discussions and teach youth to cook vegan. My six friends and I were absolutely wowed at our dinner experience and will absolutely continue to spread our love to each other in our own lives and return to Jantje many times. If you’re dining in, don’t expect instant service. If you’re taking food out, you’ll miss out on feeling welcomed into a new home.
The best vegan food I have ever tasted in my life - the consistency of the chicken is unheard of, tender like nothing I have previously come across. The most friendly - and interesting to talk to - cook I have ever met. Fair prices, by payment of which you even support the in-house food lab in developing vegan substitutes for non-vegan foods. Great vegan lassi. 5 stars nearly feel insufficient.

Such amazing food, served in cozy atmosphere, by warm-hearted people. Definitely go there and eat their fake chicken and rise with fake meat.
