Absolutely great experience! Got my first ukulele here. I was allowed to take my time trying out different ones, while kindly and carefully being guided by highly knowledgeable and very friendly staff to make a choice that fit my preferences. Would highly recommend shopping here for all your musical needs!
It used to be a good business, with good service. Sadly I have experienced for 3 times now, that I ordered a product online which said to be 'in stock' and 'will be send out within 1 day or 1-3' the product wasn't Turned out the product was not in stock and they had to re-order it. Last time, I waited 1 month and they still didn't ship out my item. I had to email them myself to ask why it hasn't been shipped out yet. They told me they were expecting it to arrive anytime and they will ship it asap. Another week gone by, and nothing. Long story short, each time I had to contact them myself in order for something to happen. Right now, I am emailing them because they still haven't refunded my payment even though I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they told me they would refund me. It is unbelievable. Walked Into Keymusic looking for a Microphone Mount for my condenser, Which they didn't have. So I asked when they will have them in, she rudely told me she had no idea when and when I asked about the mount she asked me what kind of condenser mic it was which doesn't matter because their are only 2 types of mounts so she just seemed uninformed and not very knowledgeable when it came to a pretty standard question
