This was quite a nice visit to the world famous Madurodam (miniature city). Luckily there were hardly any people when we went, so we had quite a relaxed time walking around and enjoying the place. Truly fascinating in all aspects. There are a lot of interesting shows you can see while you are there. You can also learn a lot about how the Dutch manage to keep the water out of their country with such amazing engineering. Kids will surely love this place.

Lovely place for children and adults. Located in Den Haag. Car parking is available nearby but it's very expensive. Madurodam is a whole Netherlands in miniature plus some extra experiences. You can have a virtual flight in stylish old plane Flying Dutchman, experience moving containers in Rotterdam port and many more. There is also great playground for kids, nice restaurant for a short break. Almost all activities are at open air, so mind the weather. Buy tickets online, they are cheaper than at the place! Souvenir shop is nearby the exit. Toilets available, wheelchair friendly.
Madurodam always a nice place to visit, it not matter if you old or young, everyone has something to see and do, so enjoy
Buying ticket online is worth, as there is a 4 euro difference in price.It is worth taking kids whose age is more than 3.5 years. This place is just beside the tram stop. It has a restaurant inside this place but the prices are a little high and there are tables in the park to sit and eat if you bring home packed food.
Madurodam is a nice place to visit, no matter what, but today was really special. Was my first time there around Christmas time. It was really pretty with all the lights. THE Impression was Wow! What an amazing and surprising place! You feel like a giant in the middle of all of these small buildings. It's incredible how derailed it can be. I would have loved to come there. This is really a great 1 day experience. You could see the famous landmarks of Holland.
