Be warned! Ronaldo Gavino is rude, irresponsive and very arrogant. I was interested in an item that they distribute but he was not willing to supply. Instead, redirected me to a fellow distributor/retailer in Germany that did not have any stocks. Wrote to him 5 follow-ups and one email with the manufacturer in copy, he replied asking how many times he should send the email, when in fact his family member, Raymond Gavino, only replied ONCE suggesting a retailer with no stocks. He said "his business is only to sell".... so understanding his statement, selling is the priority and not to make any loyal customer. Unprofessional, be careful dealing with this kind of distributor, better select and make business only with other humble Filipino distributors!
