Very awkward. Let me first say that the food is good, no problems with that. But the service is horrible. First of all, the employees don't know what they sell. The employees had a lenghty discussion over the contents of some menu items. Besides that, the selected menus are more expensive than ordering the exact same items a la carte. Finally, some of our dishes were forgotten, and does it really have to take 15 minutes to make tea? Tl;Dr, good food, but shitty service.
The restaurant is very welcoming, I liked the ambiance as well. The sizzling mix grill and daal with rice pulao and nan were good, while the namak para and kulfi (sweet dish) were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner served with a smile. Will definitely drop by in this restaurant again if I visit Hague in future.
