In January we spent a total of 5 hours with Danny at Sanidirect Den Haag to help us with the planning and purchase of our bathroom and 2 toilets. We had rather vague ideas about what we wanted at the start of the process, but Danny gave us lots of good advice and ideas, respected our wishes and patiently helped us make the right choices. We felt service was far beyond the average sales pitch at a shop. Delivery took place 8 weeks later, again impeccable service, friendly delivery drivers, no issues at all. Can only recommend.

Excellent service at the shop specially from Martin. Really flexible, friendly and gives great advice. Very good price / quality ratio for all their products. Great range of choices. The challenge is their back office. This is more so true when dealing with Grohe parts. If you have a wrong delivery or a short shipment, long story short, expect a lead time of 2 months for resolution (if lucky) and budget time to follow up on a weekly basis. Even if the shop is willing, the back office will not accomodate alternative parts in exchange or reimburse for the consequential costs incurred with the workmen due to delays. Most important learning - stay away from Grohe. Disastrous customer support. Such a let down for what I would call, one of the most professional stores in Den Haag for sanitary equipment.

Mariska who helped at The Hague SaniDirect, suggested details for our bathroom and toilets. She is an amazing, kind, knowledgeable lady. We were very happy with her planning of the delivery. It was delivered on time and nothing was broken. We will recommend to use Sani Direct The Hague.

Shocking customer service. Received a delivery of 4 boxes. Opened them at the request of the delivery driver to check the accuracy of the content and that none of the content was damaged. When I experienced problems Sanidirect would not refund the money because 2 of the 4 boxes had been opened. Avoid this company at all costs.

Last month, we bought some new tiles and fittings for our bathroom. The service was excellent and although we can speak some Dutch, the assistant we had made sure that we also understood every possible aspect of the tiles, the order process, and also how he calculated the materials needed...in English. No doubt about it, this guy knows his stuff!!! An absolute professional. He even went as far As to explain possible ways the tiler could lay the tiles to optimise the materials. We cannot remember the assistant’s name but I think his surname might have been ‘Bach’. Even the delivery went well. We had possible the most cheerful tile delivered in the world! Really great experience and we can 100% recommend Sani Direct. I wish I could remember the assitant’s name! This is such a contrast to our first visit in April. Unfortunately we had an assistant who poorly advised us. She could not calculate area, then she told us to go to a bouwmarkt if we wanted accessories. We were horrified. I hope she is not still active at Sani Direct because her attitude reflects poorly (and unfairly) on the company...and is not good for customer service.
