I purchased a brand new Cube Nu Road bike incl. insurance from these guys about 12 months ago. A couple of months ago someone attempted to steal my bike and ended up causing 600 euro worth of damage. The guys at Snel Fietsen have been amazing. Especially from an Expat perspective!!! They sorted out my insurance and everything and although the overall time it took for parts to be delivered wasn't great, every time I called they were polite, friendly and reassuring. As important, they have fixed my bike into PERFECT working condition. I was really worried after the amount of damage caused so I'm very impressed at their level of expertise. My once damaged bike is immaculate. So yeah... This deserves nothing less of a full star rating. and THANK YOU SO MUCH SNEL FIETSEN! Happy New Year!!! Caroline

They were really nice and tried to fully check on my bike. I had a flat tire and mine was super old. Now I feel like have a new one. Costs was reasonable. I thought they just changed the tube but I recognized that they'd change a lot of parts correctly after riding. Appreciate it all. I truly recommend here for repair shop.
