Decent Inventory but not many costumes and the costumes are way overpriced for the quality

The shop sold us an empty balloon helium inhaler, which ruined the birthday surprise. The next day we tried to return the item and faced huge problems. The stuff was indifferent, blamed the mistake on us and refused to return money. We did not hear a single apology, rather a claim it was our risk and fault. After a tough argument and our promise to hoop up a law insurance, the stuff called the supplier and agreed to return the damaged item, but not the brand new but already useless ballons. We got a terrible service, rude treatment and a spoiled birthday present.
Love this store and last time I discovered that they sale special effects makeup too!

Niet mogen passen en vervolgens ook niet mogen ruilen. Wij zitten nu met een veel te klein pak, waar de maat niet van klopte, overigens slecht prijs/kwaliteit. Antw. Op eigenaar: Ik ben het niet met u eens, wij mochten in de winkel de verpakking niet openen dus de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet goed beoordelen. De slechte afwerking was pas thuis bij het passen zichtbaar. De legging was slecht afgewerkt: de ene pijp kleiner dan de ander bij de voet, dat de voet er niet eens in paste!! Terwijl wij voor de zekerheid een maat groter kochten.
