Best ramen I’ve had in a long time! I felt like I was back in Japan. The broth is light yet flavorful and the the noodles are done to perfection. The toppings are also fresh and of high quality. In some places the toppings are added as an after thought but at Takumi they are clearly made with care and add both texture and flavor. The gyoza are also delicious. They’re light and flavorful yet still have that crispy crunch. I would go out of my way to go here again!!! I highly recommend it!
