Very bad experience with the Greek lady dentist. Went there 2 times. twice she could not do a proper job and had to send me to a specialist and then to a surgeon. Haven't seen such incompetent dentist for a while. Further into detail: First visit the dentist, she tried to clean my root-canal, but couldn't find the last one. Had to go to the rootspecialist, who did have the knowledge that certain ethnicities have less root canals....... Second time i went she saw my broken tooth, without giving me options she tried to remove the broken tooth, but actually was only able to remove the tooth part, not the deeper root-part. The tooth was already bad, so there was no real rush. Now i am referred to the jaw-surgeon, who has to do actual surgery to remove it!!! So she didn't give me any choice, and tried to remove an already broken tooth which is more difficult to remove, but tried anyway. Why? most likely just to earn money instead of handling in my best interest!!!

The absolutely unprofessional and non-client oriented handling of payments for the service provided at this clinic cost us 80euro more than initially required. This clinic handles invoices via a 3rd party company at which you don't even get registered and they do not take into account your insurance. Having all or details like phone numbers and emails they didn't bother to contact us within more than 6 months and just kept on sending letters to our old address until we got fined.
They work with Famed, and they don't contact the insurance company. They can easily send an invoice to your previous address, and in the end you have to pay for the fees, etc. Don't recommend!
Was in shock how old is machine they are using, even paint was already cracked on it, last time seen such machine 20 ears ago! Very unprofessional environment overall.
Extremely unprofessional. They made a huge pain with unnecessary treatment. They don't have record what they did, what I have paid, forgot the appointment I made, even that they tried to charge the appointment they forgot.Entire their procedure,attitude, just brought huge physical pain and the discomfort.
