I have found there cataloguing to be of a high standard. During the time I have had dealings with them there has never been any need for a confrontation as they have integrity and any problems have been easily resolved. The pcitures are not representative. I bid for an online auction for sofa. it was so bad that even Kringloop is not willing to take the sofa. So i paid to transport it and now i will have to pay to discard it as well

Do not buy from a distance. Pictures failed to show serious imperfections/damages, shipping costs are high.
