Very friendly and efficient service. I was nervous about accessing veterinary care, as I do not speak Dutch fluently, but everyone at the clinic was able to provide great service in English. Happy to have found a great vet for my two dogs in The Hague!

I have a very old dog with kidney and heart disease. The assistants are always willing to help me every time I call or visit them. The doctors always do their best everytime we have an issue. It's a miracle my dog is still alive but it takes a lot of pampering and medication to keep her a little more in our lives.
If I could give 0 stars I would! My rabbit died because of their bad behaviour and heart! There where only two assistant dokters available on a Sunday and they didn't told me that it was an emergency instead they only talked about money and paying upfront. My rabbit died in my arms while one assistant didn't take him over because I first needed to fill in all my information. Shame on you for calling yourself a animal doctor! If you love your pet, please do not go here.

The doctors and staff here are caring and kind. My cat was neutered and they took great care to ensure he was fine after going home, and they also gave him a nice thorough checkup and took the time to really talk to me about the procedure and his overall health and well being. I recommend them. They're also friendly and welcoming, which is greatly appreciated especially when you're a newcomer here.
