Nice farm where you can see cheese being made. One of the 1st farms to have a fully automated milking machine for the cows. The cows walk freely around the stable and when they feel it's time to get milked, they walk into machine that cleans their udders and then milks them. You can enjoy a coffee and cake in the café and buy your choice of cheese in the shop. I recommend the nettle cheese! Very nice to melt on a tosti (Dutch version of a croque monsieur or grilled cheese sandwich, derived from the English word toast). I took a picture of a very nice big boletales just outside the shop. It needs healthy earth to grow. Healthy earthhealthy grasshealthy cowshealthy milkhealthy cheesehealthy humans. Very pretty part of The Netherlands, Twente, go visit, plenty to see.
Good food. Service was a little bit slow.
Great place to get cheeses and ice creams and other dairy related products. You can see the cheese being made and taste to see which one you like to buy. A great variety and best cheese I have ever had! Definitely recommend
