We had an awesome experience there. Me and my dad bought new pairs of sky boots and the experience was good. The stuff took time to fit them on and the boots were thermo-formated to our feet. My dad even bought a pair of skis and the were calibrated on an machine for my dad's height and weight for free. We got even a discount at the end. Overall it's a good place to go and buy good and professional ski or snowboard gear. This is our favorite place now.

Came here not for skis or rental, but because my ice skates needed fast maintenance. Without a warning, winter had hit the Netherlands and we wanted to skate in natural ice. Not only did they fix my skates within a day, I told them I had to work till 6pm but that I worked just around the corner. They stayed open till 10 past 6 so I could still fetch them. I had a bit of trouble finding the store at the first stop, a sign might be nice, but for the rest this store did a great job!

Bad service. I had to shout a view times before someone came at the counter. Bad service on the site as well. They have two adresses. One is not the ski rental. So I went there on the wrong adress, staring at a close door. I mean, is it to much add an extra info to the site where I have to go for ski-rental? And when I finally got to the right adress, they were rent-out of ski gears. Grrrrrrr
