I am so delighted by this shop! They have a big range of good quality cigars and cigarillas for a reasonable price. But what I love even more is their service! Packages come very quickly by DHL, always properly packed with something extra inside (one more pack, lighter and little bonbons) :) I am their happy customer for a couple of years now and going to buy again and again! Thank you guys! Continue to do a great job!

My order was \lost in shipping\ and Rick Liebrand has not resolved this issue. Order placed and paid for on 5/24/2016. I am no longer able to get an email through to Holland Cigar house, and it seems as if my email is blocked?? I asked if a new order could just be sent while they await the original order to be returned and was told they did not have more in stock. It is now almost two months, and I'm unable to contact them through email and I'm out 200. Pretty intolerable. Anthony Cuellar San Francisco Bay Area
My experience with Holland Cigar house has been excellent. I have found myself struggling to find a good online cigar seller, specially if you are looking for brands that are not only Cuban like Havana, Punch or Cohiba but rather Dutch brands like one of my favourites which I highly recommend Justus van Maurik. If your concern like mine is how is the state of these cigars reach you then dont fear anymore. I highlighted to The Holland Cigar House all my concerns before buying any product about the packaging and the state of my cigars cause I bought online before cigars and it was not a good experience cause I found them broken in the end and cutting it to fit it out wont work. They respond to my email by the next day explaining me in detail how did the shipping and the packaging will be for the cigars that I wanted to ordered in a wood box. I just got my cigars yesterday exactly 1 week as they said and there were in perfect state. I usually don't do reviews but I thing this provider does deserve one for their excellent customer service and their quality products.
I've purchased many boxes from this company and delivered on time.plus I've had one purchase not arrived and it was replaced straight away.
