I have added some photos on how they delivered the pizza and chicken. Delivered after 1 hour and it was not hot, pizza was damaged and chicken was out of the boxes. Even after saying about this there was not response from Dominos.
Horrible experience. Ordered at 17:30 from the website for specific time (18:30). Called at 18:45 and was told that the pizzas are about to leave the restaurant (so already 15min late). No apology, no nothing. At 19:00, we see a Domino's delivery person in front of the house who however doesn't ring the bell and just leaves. Called them back & was told, \that's not possible\ and then \he had the wrong delivery\. When we finally got the pizzas, we remarked that they were 45min late, and the literal words of the delivery person were \don't bother me!\. Cherry on top: the pizzas were clearly not fresh, differed in size (though identical sizes were ordered), and were reheated. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and nobody even bothered to say \sorry\.
More than one hour waiting because no delivery guy available... Still no mushrooms nor pulled beef (which I even payed extra) regardless the long time available to read the order... Never again
I am so disappointed by this restaurant. I ordered two months ago and got the wrong pizza, but 2 hours later got the correct one so I left it. I have received the wrong pizza AGAIN (as well as both being cold!) And this time I cannot get in touch with anyone! I have been calling consistently, I have emailed and I have tried facebook. I even tried to call the head office but the number listed is incorrect.
