I had my Miele vacuum repaired. They did it in one week and charged us nothing. Forgot to send us a track and trace for the return, but phone support was very helpful and friendly.

My \Espressoapparaat\(Philips) stopped working. It was out of 2 years guarantee. From outside it looks brand new, have not used it too often. After bringing to the e-care center, they sent me the cost estimation with 120 euro if repairing(a new one only cost around 200-300 euro). If not agree with the cost, they ask for 33 euro pre-check fee, in order to get the machine back. I just decided just to leave the machine to them as what they might expect. Phillips' products are really not impressive, I would not pay 120 euro for repairing a machine with such low quality. Two take away points: 1. If your machine is out of guarantee, do not bring your machine to them. They will charge so high that you would not pay for it, and in addition if you decide to leave without repairing you have to pay significant pre-check fee if you want to get your machine back. In the end, you have leave your machine as gift to them. 2. Philips coffee automate machine(Saeco) really not impressive.

Zeer slecht bedrijf!! Doe geen zaken met ze Je moet ten eerste 3 weken wachten voordat je het apparaat terug krijgt,vervolgens willen ze je de reparatie laten betalen terwijl er nog garantie op zit. Krijg ik het apparaat terug blijkt dat het probleem nog niet opgelost is , en ik krijg hem terug met schade!!
