Your maintenance is just horrible... come do the check up for your constantly breaking down bikes for at least once a month. Having to fill all the forms on the website and uncountable numbers of phone calling...

Worst phone service ever. They lied so many times about when the stuff will come, keeping me at home waiting for a week, everyday telling me \today it will come\. Bought bicycle with 3 batteries, one of the chargers doesn't charge at all, batteries work as if they were 2nd hand, without power at all. They get out of charge faster and faster day by day. Don't recommend this place at all. There are better shops to buy your bicycle from. Save your money and get it from somewhere else.

No maintenance at all. We need to make an appointment every time trought the web site and when their guys come, they dont have all pieces for replacement. They say that they will come back and we dont have news anymore. They would that we pay a monthy fee for Leasing/maintenance but they dont respect the contrat and no maintenance is done. The bikes are of poor quality and they blame us that we dont know how to use it.

Een fiets van Ebike4delivery, had ik de recensies maar even gelezen.. Het is met 1 woord rommel!! De fiets is nog geen 12 uur oud met 10 meter op de teller.. ketting breekt kapot en het handvat schiet van het stuur. Gelukkig bieden ze uitstekende service als je de mooie praatjes mag geloven. Je moet er wel even 4x achter aanbellen en 4 uur wachten tot je een niet bevredigend antwoord krijgt. \Sorry meneer we kunnen vandaag geen service aan u verlenen\. Maar ze garanderen 24 uurs service , toch maar even bellen na 24 uur . sorry ook niet gelukt.. Top!! . Zoek je een betrouwbare partner ga dan met een grote boog om deze amateuristische organisatie heen. Zijn genoeg andere aanbieders die het wel op orde hebben. minpunten slechte service slechte kwaliteit fietsen slechte bereikbaarheid 24 uurs service? pluspunt Hij blijft wel mooi schoon op deze manier. Wij gaan ons voorbereiden op een pittig weekend bedankt Ebike4delivery. Top service! !
