Travelled with them from Amsterdam to Eindhoven Airport and it was a great trip, we arrived on the scheduled time and it very comfortable! Forgot my phone on the bus and only noticed when I was already in Portugal. They found the phone and helped throughout all the process of mailing it back to me. Honestly couldn't recommend more!

The bus should have arrived at 16:30 but after 30 minutes of waiting I called to the help desk asking for any information and I was assured that the bus was about to come. The woman on the help desk kept providing the wrong information 5 times keeping saying that the bus was about to come. As the result I've been waiting for it more than one and a half hour and it didn't come up. Missed flight
Spoiler: Please just don’t use their service, I personally believed in some good reviews and booked bus. Right now I understand that they simply purchasing good reviews. This is a fraud company that does not provide a normal service and just collecting money from tourists because they know that it would be difficult for tourists to go to the court and sue company for lost flights, time and etc. So we were planning to go to the Eindhoven airport using their service, the bus never arrived, we almost lost our flight, caught flu because of cold weather, never got a refund. I had conversations with some other victims and people say that they fail every single transfer: not came at all or came extremely late, also they never make a refund. Shame on Eindhoven airport for listing this fraud service company on their site.
I am using this company for about two years, also for my friends when they are coming to Ams and for my family. Never had issues, reliable, always on time, and always two seats for me :) Just in the mornings maybe I am missing one more time slot around 6:00 am...
Bus came 43 minutes late. Not even one call or message or email to inform us. Almost missed our flight. No help from the helpdesk. Requested a reimbursement, but they did not accept it. Rubbish. Really poor services provided compared with similar companies to other countries.
