Please don't waste your time in all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. Coco is all about quality, and it's just as affordable. It's small but full of atmosphere

Eindhoven Eater

The only authentic sushi you can find in Eindhoven. They even have yellowtail sushi (hamachi), which is difficult to get in this country. Unfortunately, I felt that it was average, not the most fresh or flavorful. But I will return since it is possible it was an off-day (during corona lockdowns after all). Their spicy tuna roll is outstanding and very spicy. The eel (unagi) had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. I felt that the mackerel (saba) could have had a better, perhaps stronger marinade. It's very easy to get good mackerel in this country. Nonetheless, I think if you can get here on a day when all their new fish arrives you will have a great sushi experience at a fair price.

Great gyozas, English speaking staff, nice Japanese background music, nice and cheap Unagi-don. (15euros whaaaat) Love the decorations. Just love it. :)

Really good place for sushi. Portions are just right not too big nor too small. The atmosphere is welcoming just as the staff.
