This place makes me think the future of food production just might be here and like the journey of a thousand miles that begins with one step, this has begun. It is an impressive initiative. An agro tourism spot that I would definitely recommend. I had a taste of a number of the vegetables grown there... So much to know about it but hey, do stop by if you are in the neighbourhood and have the time or simply plan to.

Local, sustainable, healthy greens grown right in the middle of the city using aquaponic farm. Variety of Lettuce, bok choy, aragula, mint, Swiss chard, edible flowers, salty finger, parsley harvested weekly to local restaurants! On top of that, they have trout to do all the work to grow them and fish is harvested as well! Can't get any fresher than this! They can also grow special orders from customers! How cool is that?

Aquaponics de toekomst dit moet je gezien hebben. Sla groeit op water en de forel zorgt voor de sla. Kom gerust eens een kijkje nemen op strijp 's in het veemgebouw op de 5e etage. Wij verkopen ook verse forel. Wilt u een rondleiding? Dat kan ook!

Dit is een Stichting welke mogelijkheid bied om midden in de stad deels Circulair en Biologische gewassen te telen in een oude parkeergarage! Met dat er tegelijkertijd werkgelegenheid geboden wordt aan jongeren met een verminderde kans op de arbeidsmarkt. Ik ben een derdejaars Applied Science Bachelorstudent aan de Fontys en mag deel uitmaken van de organisatie in de samenwerking tussen Fontys en Duurzame Kost. Pracht concept, goede eervolle uitvoering met zeer hoge kwaliteit gezondere Forel en en Groente! Wat is nu gezonder? Kom een keer binnenlopen en in het hart van de stichting kijken! Eindhoven, Strijp-S het Veemgebouw, 5e verdieping, ik zie jullie daar!
