Very rude seller, I just asked for an advice on chain lock and the guy showed me one. I wanted to look to price of the one I found on internet and it was more expensive than I saw. I said I found it cheaper and I was leaving and he commented first ask for an advice in a store and order online! I said it is not different then not buying something from the supermarket you go when you find the price expensive. Not trustable on advices, find another store which understands the logic of 'open market' economy.

Highly recommend this store! I recently purchased an E-bike here and had a great experience all around. I worked with Mark and he was very helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to really explain all of the options and allowed me to try out several bikes. After asking me some good questions and understanding what I needed in a bike he was able to make some good recommendations. In the end he was able to order the perfect bike for me. Mark even loaned me an E-bike while mine was on order. After I came to pick up my order Mark again took the time to answer all my questions and give me an overview of how to use the bike. Hi recently moved to Eindhoven and have visited several bike shops but none of them have been as good of an experience as this one. They really make the extra effort to make sure the customer is well taken care of. I will be using this bike shop for all my needs while living here!
