Great service - really friendly and relaxed staff. Issues about rented room and in the house are fixed really fast, without much hassle. Will definitely make sure to check up with the agency next time I look for a place!

They charge sky high \administration charges\ (400 euros) from prospective tenants!! Contracts do not state clearly all possible scenarios and they do not co-operate when asked probing questions about the contract. Please avoid at a all costs, and if you can't, just refuse to pay the administration charges. They prey on the desperation of honest people to make a quick buck. Terrible character!!
Great service, very helpful and expedient in resolving all the questions during the contract stage and afterwards. They were very accommodating to make our moving in the apartment in Eindhoven as convenient as possible for us. Great agents, specifically Alex, very professional and friendly. Definitely recommended.
I would really recommend this agency. The agents were nice to talk to, and they were really fast in responding, especially Kim. I really appreciate how quick she was in clearing my doubts about a place I want to rent and thanks to her I got that place in a really short time period. Even other agents were clear in answering all questions I had about the contract meanwhile.
