Their check out process is really terrible. Even after repeated and proper cleaning ,they will find some or other remarks and charge you heavily. when a person stays in a rented place a small degree of wear and tear should be allowed unless it's a major thing . But no reasonable wear and tear is considered. So be prepared to get some significant deductions in your deposit inspite of all precautionary measures.

Very central located well maintained building in the heart of Eindhoven. Friendly staffmembers and very fast service upon asking. Apartments are great for a one or two person household. They are fully furnished to begin with, but you can add your own stuff also. Not for all apartments are there storageboxes in the basement. The storageboxes are combined with some apartments, so you have to be lucky to get one. Supermarket is in the same building as are 3 eatingplaces (Brownies & Downies, Restaurant Victoria and a coffeebar Zwart/Wit). Great place to live. The city feels vibrant during the summer, but cosy in the winter, 'cause of all the festivals and the lights. The photo is taking by me from inside my apartment .

They have increased the service costs without letting us know in advance. At the end of the year they charged us 300% higher electricity rate in 2019 for the same amount of consumed kWh in 2018 and 2017. The rent may be affordable, but keep in mind that they use such marketing tricks to get more money!

First of all, they rent out very expensive apartments, but the service and customer orientation is simply the worst I have ever experienced. Although I paid EUR 1800 per month for my apartment, I had to clean the apartment myself during checkout, which I did, for over 5 hours, still got charged EUR 33 because of some dust on the light switches. Not kidding. Never rent here please. They are cheap and you are being treated like you stay there for free.

Lousy customer service, I had to wait for 3 months to fix a defect. Just imagine living in an apartment without hot water in the winter and this one star is really overrated.
