My husband regrets to uplay for his passport here, especially the woman working here ,is not polite to the customers. He came from Germany because the embassy in Berlin is closed for long time. More than 3 months now his passport is not there, nobody can even say when and how long it would take. Many times we tried to call and to ask, the last information, my husband had 5 years to make his passport?! So if you make a new one you have to go and uplay for a new one next day. No service no appropriate information and this embassy is working in Europe? And their treatment of customers is not appropriate at all. 5 years ago in Berlin it took 4 weeks to make a new passport and now ? We tried to find out directly what is going on and the answer from others is, there is no paper to print the passport, so People abroad paid for a new passport but they don't use this money to print it. Other people say it takes now up to 7 months and more. All and all don't go to this place there is no help at all!
Nobody had been that rude to me on the phone. Just call there and use the name “passport” and you will regret why you where born. Zero customer service.

jattends mon passport depuis plus de 6 mois et tous mes appels sont en vain car personne ne veut me dire pourquoi. je regrette detre parti en Hollande pour faire ma demande de passport. Service null et trop cher, allez faire vos passports dans les autres ambassades si vous etes pressés de lavoir
