The place to go for Gi an No Gi BJJ, Ne waza, wrestling.. The whole shabang really. Profesional and really technical sensei and coaches with brickloads of knowledge, open and friendly atmosphere. Very knowledgeable coaches both from a technical and fitness perspective. Great coaching whether you are a beginner or a BJJ junkie. The team atmosphere is very nice ! Lots of laughter and kind people. Always a pleasure visiting !
Apex is a very open minded and technical place to practise BJJ and grappling. This sport is like a game of chess. Technique defeats power. At Apex we learn creative techniques and there are often seminars. Apex is very helpful to new people and great in teaching the art of BJJ.
