I rent the smallest van, and its boot size is literally smaller than Peugeot 206. I asked for change and the guy told me I have to book a new one again. Ok it is a small company and such things are easy to handle, and it is nice if we try to be a bit nicer with a new customer...
One of the worst service I have seen in my life. One of the employees simply did not want to give us a van, just because we were not dutch (even though we had all the required documents). Other employee wanted to help us and he tried to convince his colleague to give us the van. Finally, we had to leave the shop without the van. Pure discrimination for non-dutch customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone, just because of that employee. Still I have to say that the prices are affordable.
