Very nice small B&B, the room was clean, the guy was very friendly and helpful. The city is just 5 min to walk. There was no breakfast offered, but some coffee and tea for self-service.

Superb apartment style B&B. Spacious , comfortable with a kitchen included. Gracious and very hospitable hosts. A stones throw from the city centre and one of Netherland's biggest hospitals. A must stay if visiting the city..........Would definitely give it 2 more stars!
Definitely the best and the cosiest hotel ever visited, the breakfast is huge, the owners are kindest people, the room with a terrace is just a paradise don't wanna leave this place ever
Top BnB in Enschede ever!!! My wife and I searched for a hotel to stay there for only one night, new year's eve. And we didn't found any hotel , hostel or something like that. But suddenly, Emma's B&B let us in and we stayed there for a beautiful night into the new year, into 2017!! Have a lot of thanks. We, my wife and I will come again and again... And we will tell all our friends to stay there..!!!

Mooie schone studio voorzien van alle gemakken. Dicht bij het centrum van Enschede en MST. Gratis parkeren top natuurlijk. Super vriendelijke mensen die niets te veel is. Kortom een klasse B & B. Meer dan terecht 5 sterren. Aanrader!
Heel plezierig. Vlak bij het centrum. Prettige gastheer en gastvrouw.
