I rented the studio in wierdensestraat, Almelo and was very happy about it. I am a student at the university of Twente and this was the perfect place for me. The studio was fully furnished and its location was excellent. The train station was just opposite side of the street and supermarket was less than 15 min of walking distance. This studio is perfect for anyone working or studying around Almelo, Hengelo and Enschede. As far as the communication with the agency goes, they were very responsive, professional and polite. I did not have a single issue regarding this. The only down side was that the contract was only for six months and I was in mid semester, but they renewed it for another six months upon request without any hassle which was convenient for me, otherwise it would have been a struggle. To conclude, I am very satisfied with this agency and I would definitely recommend renting from them.

We have been renting a house from Twents Vast for 2 years now. It is a beautiful furnished house. We also get almost all the support we need. The aministration process was very easy. I concluded the contract even before I came to The Netherlands. I would recommend this agency to anyone who need a house quickly.

I viewed the house and two days later the contract was ready to be signed. It went quick. I lived in their house for like almost 2 years and when there was something broken, I send an email and they came and fixed it or explained me how to arrange it by myself. At the outcheck they told me that there where some parts of the house not clean, I have cleaned during the weekend and did the official outcheck after the weekend, everything was fine and I had my deposit back within 1 week. Thanks to two nice women that work at Twents Vast!
The state of this one room was a nightmare: cement on the walls is tearing down and other walls filled with holes which is not according to contract. The is made of ceiling of isolation material, there's an illegal lack of window space and no regard for fire safety whatsoever, again illegal. On top of that, Twents Vast claims nothing is wrong and if I don't like it I should figure it out with my housemates. The room is the worst ever and the service is non-existent. Do not rent from this company, they will ruin you.
