I ordered a lifejacket which was in stock with 3 items left. Delivery time was 2-5 days. The lifejacket was supposed to be a birthday present. After five days I got a Mail that I have returned the article and they will send me the money back. Because I never saw the package I directly contacted the shop. They told me that the article was returned to the supplier for unknown reason. I should order again. I asked via mail to just send the article again, because I already paid for the item and still want to buy it even it was already late for the birthday. Answer. Not possible money already transferred back, I should order again. Meanwhile the article was sold! Before I wrote this rating, I explained the whole situation to the shop and asked for advice or an offer but got none. I can and will not recommend this shop!
